INDEMNITY/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
COURSE REFUND POLICY
The Company provides a money-back guarantee for the Program with no time restrictions that “if you follow the prescribed Coursework exactly, you will at least earn back the amount paid for the course over time.” As long as the Company is an active legal entity, refunds are available. That money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms.
To receive a refund, you must provide the Company with proof that you did the coursework in the Program. If after completing the full coursework you would like to request a refund, email email@example.com.
All refund request emails need to include the following items or it will not be granted:
Link to review ALL your completed worksheets from Modules 1 – 6 of the Program. Worksheets must be completed in full indicating you have both listened and taken action on the course (Format can be PDF or word processing document such as Word or Google Doc as long as they are accessible online for review).
Dated statement of revenue for your business when you started the course and dated statement of revenue when you are requesting a refund.
Once your request is made you will be immediately removed from membership in the course and no longer have access to online materials or the community while your request is under review. After your request is approved you will continue to no longer have access and will not be able to sign up again.
