I cannot imagine “not going to a chiropractor” to get a back adjustment!
The same way I cant imagine not going to the dentist to get regular cleanings…
Or not getting tune-ups on a car by a mechanic.
It’s crazy! Dangerous! And starts to become gross!
To me it’s obvious that THE 2ND LAW OF THERMODYNAMICS governs life and all areas of our life trend towards decay.
The law also means it takes energy and intentionality to FIGHT decay in any area of your life that matters to you.
What matters to you? Do you have a plan for your year to put the required energy into making that area healthy and vibrant?

How do you rank YOUR h happiness from 1-10 in these areas? If it’s a 5 or below… you’ve allowed natural decay to happen.
It’s ok! It happens to all of us!
But if you want improvement you need to recognize “it ain’t where you want it to be!”
Then plan this next year to invest energy into changing it.
➜ Put it on the calendar.
➜ Ask a friend for accountability, encouragement or help (requires a confession of how things REALLY are now).
➜ Hire an expert to help you make a plan to better health.
I feel SO MUCH BETTER after an alignment from a chiropractor – restored energy, strength and less pain!
I feel SO MUCH BETTER after a call with a “SAFE” friend who makes it their focus to hear and encourage!
I feel SO MUCH BETTER when I talk to one of my coaches who knows my pain points and weaknesses and they help me create fresh tools or perspectives.
Alignment is possible – so quickly – with intention.
